eer...some browsers don't display japanese characters very well because of the browser language setting. it could have something to do with your blog software not supporting them. i suggest you simply use a gif or .jpg of the characters and diplay it as an image. make sense?
Sniff... I guess. No really, thanks. Encoding and all that crap. That sucks bing time though. Not really because "it doesn't work", but because it was a big time bummer to feel overly excited about it, and then get question marks.
