Runaway dog...

I always wanted a dog that I could take for a walk with no leash, you know?, one of those cool ones that just follow you around and whatnot?. Well, Artik*, the runaway dog, is such a dog. I've been taking this walks everyday... no, let me take that back, I've been taking walks everyday, as long as it doesn't rain, which latelly, has been happening a lot. The thing with this dog is that he is just around whenever he pleases, and most of the times we don't have a clue on what he is doing. It seems he gets along pretty well with the dogs around the neighborhood, and he actually has made some friends from them... by now I think he sees us as a family though, and that's cool.

Rosario told me how walking is so good for you, and even for loosing weight and all it's better to just walk than to run... sounds a little silly, but having the body she has at her age, we will take her as an authority on the matter.

This week has been pretty decent actually, I am getting some ideas together, and starting to visualize a clearer path... to be honest, there isn't a whole bunch of stuff to do around here, so I have a lot of time to just do whatever, and whatever is always good if you know to appreciate it.

Now, here are a couple of links I'd like to share, it's all good stuff...
  • A pretty good story by Neil Gaiman called Study in Emerald.
  • Some pointers in how to write to amuse, for all of you who would like to write and entertain.... by reading it I realize my blog is far from that, he he he, but still, it has never been my goal to do such a thing. If anything, it makes me want to start something new focusing on that.
  • Questionable Content web comic, yet again... this guy is going full time for this comic, and it'd be nice to support somehow. This guys could make a living out of this, and I know it takes them up to 8hrs to put a strip together sometimes. Art is fun, but it's hard work. If every one of us fans would pay them a buck per month they could make a living out of it... I assure you I will as soon as I get that damned credit card.
  • My brother's latest post, I think it's funny.

** So, cheers!!!...

*I don't really know how his name should be spelled... it's something like "Artigrer", but we can say Artik, I pretty much could assure you he doesn't care.
